Our home community of Juneau, Alaska is stretched along a roughly 45 mile strip of road between the coastline along Stephen’s Passage and mountainous barriers like the Taku and Mendenhall glaciers. Because of this geography, we are NOT connected to any outside roads, so you can only access Juneau by sea or air. It’s not easy to road trip to or from our home, but after 2+ years being stuck here during the pandemic, we are going on a road trip!
